Yes, our consultations are completely free. Booking for a consultation can be simply done by calling us or booking online.

During this session, an experienced member of our team will listen to your concerns and discuss your needs and expectations on the outcomes. After a clinical examination, our aesthetic/ medical practitioners can determine suitable treatments. The recommended treatment plan may include one or more aesthetic treatments, depending on your needs. We offer a comprehensive assessment respective to your concerns, assess your medical history, any ongoing treatments and honest feedback– to ensure there are no contraindications to the advised treatment.

Don’t worry just book a free consultation, we are able to go through all options including alternative options which will be suitable in addressing your concerns precisely. It’s very common for people to change the treatment they had in mind during the consultation.
If you’re not able to find a booking on the system, please search an alternative date or call our clinic to see if there are any availabilities in case of cancellations.
As per our T&C’s and cancellation policy, all booking fees payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless you give adequate notice of 48 hours; in the case of emergency, it can be transferred to a re arranged appointment.
Due to the schedule of our team, we will need to be known about the change well in advance. We need at least 48 hours’ notice to re-arrange your appointment. In the case, it is within 48 hours, the appointment cannot be transferred, and the payment will be subsidised for that session.
Package options vary depending on the services you choose. Through your initial consultation, out therapist will put together a bespoke package for you based on your needs and fitting in with your budget.

The prices for our treatments can be found on our detailed price list page. Some of our clients may need a course of treatments depending on their concerns. This highly depends on the treatment you are choosing, as each treatments involve penetrating the surface of the skin but at different depths. There is a potential to feel a level of discomfort during the procedures however the technology used are safe and effective to ensure this feeling of discomfort is reduced. However, as everyone is different; some won’t feel any pain.

All clients must be 18 at the time of the treatment.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business we are not insured to allow children unattended on the premises. If you arrive with children, they must be supervised at all times, and we cannot hold liability.
Yes, we understand that to benefit fully from your treatments, both before and after care is crucial. During your consultation, we will provide your before care advice and resources, and after the treatments, we will inform you fully about the aftercare and resources will be provided to complete your journey with us.
No, and therefore we ensure to go through initial consultation with each of our clients before each of our aesthetic treatments. The consultation will give us the opportunity to assess your suitability towards the treatment you need and identify any contraindications.
We accept all methods of payments including, bank to bank transfer, pay by card or cash. For all our treatments, we do take up-front deposit payments to secure your treatment schedule.

The clinic is very much accessible, as we are located on the main road. Parking is available directly outside our clinic and South Harrow Station is a 4-minute walk.

Yes, there is a possibility. This highly depends on the treatment you will be undertaking and what our practitioner recommends. Some treatments may not be beneficial together and some shouldn’t be an issue. Therefore, if you’re looking to book multiple treatments, please discuss this with our team during your initial consultation.
